This is one of my favorite places in Richmond. Not only the exhibits but also the cafe, restaurant, the outdoor area, and gift shop are a great way to spend the day. Full review by abcmmyrae

This museum was such a welcome surprise! I couldn't believe the quality and variety of art - from Dali to hieroglyphics from BC era. It was free as well! I would absolutely visit again in the future. Full review by aavct90

How long does it take to view just the free sections of the museum?
A:
Almost all of the museum is free. My guess is three hours minimum.

is terracotta warriors exhibit open at 10? is admission only allowed at ticket time?
A:
Not sure about the open time. It should be posted on the web site. We had tickets during the week when they were not busy and they allowed us to go in early.

I doubt that would be a problem Not sure what exhinit your tickets are for but if the timing turns out to require you to go in for a tour at a precise time and you happen to be early , …

I doubt that would be a problem Not sure what exhinit your tickets are for but if the timing turns out to require you to go in for a tour at a precise time and you happen to be early , there's lots more to see other than the special exhibits. When we went in early December to see the Terracota Warriors, it was very relaxed. No time pressure.

HOW long does it take to view the terracotta warriors exhibit?

I would give it at least an hour. If you have a particular interest in the other items, such as the gold and other jewelry, household furnishing, etc., plan on longer.

Not that I know of
