Minimum of 2 hrs in museum and on video but then the Battleship Texas is also there I think still which needs another 1-2 hrs

Yes the monument is open on Sunday. The parking is free, there is a charge of $5 to go up the monument the view is great but the museum is free.

Hi. Yes, it's open on Sunday's. Go to sanjacinto-museum There is no entrance fee to the grounds or inside, but there is a small fee to go up to the observation deck (def worth it!), to watch the movie (def worth it!), and see any special exhibits. You can purchase access to these things separately or as a bundle. Believe the total bundle was ~$12 when we went. Money well spent!
